We are looking to add a bunch of new colleagues to our German Sales and Integration & Customer Success team in Hamburg or to our newly established sales office in Dresden and further develop AutoUncle as the industry driver. With reference to the Head of Sales you’ll work closely with our Sales, Integration & Customer Success teams to ensure a loyal and happy customer base, focusing on providing real value and ROI for them and for AutoUncle through onboarding, retention, churn prevention and customer development/sales opportunities.
Your daily tasks will be;
You get energy from- and self ignite when faced with a new customer to onboard, or turn a non performing customer to a success! You have at least 2 years of experience with B2B customer success, relationship building or account management from a Saas, digital marketing space or similar.
