We are looking to add a bunch of new colleagues to our German Sales and Integration & Customer Success team in Hamburg or to our newly established sales office in Dresden and further develop AutoUncle as the industry driver. Your role as a Customer Success Manager

With reference to the Head of Sales you’ll work closely with our Sales, Integration & Customer Success teams to ensure a loyal and happy customer base, focusing on providing real value and ROI for them and for AutoUncle through onboarding, retention, churn prevention and customer development/sales opportunities.

Your daily tasks will be;

  • Creating a close relationship with the new customer in the onboarding phase, training users in our tools and products online and making sure they have success
  • Health Checks via monthly/quarterly check-ins with customers to ensure happy customers
  • Proactively respond to any alerts, or red flags regarding poor customer health metrics
  • Quickly responding and handle customer enquiries
  • Developing customers via up/cross-selling, renegotiate, and upgrades

Your Competencies

You get energy from- and self ignite when faced with a new customer to onboard, or turn a non performing customer to a success! You have at least 2 years of experience with B2B customer success, relationship building or account management from a Saas, digital marketing space or similar.

Moreover you’ve;

  • external customer-facing experience, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • a good technical understanding, and used to handle complex innovative products and can explain it to non technical people
  • tech-savviness in terms of working with different applications
  • professional fluency (speaking and writing) in German as you’ll communicate with customers in this language
  • confidence in English as this is our internal company language
  • an eye for detail and structured of nature
  • a growth mindset, wants to learn and develop yourself and others
  • humour, thrive in a feedback culture and is a trusted colleague
