We are looking to add new colleagues to our German sales and Customer Success team in Hamburg and further develop AutoUncle as the industry driver. With reference to the Head of Sales you’ll work closely with our internal Sales, Customer Success and product teams to ensure the shortest path possible to “go-live” for newly acquired AutoUncle customers and help existing customers with technical issues as well as constantly pushing for integration enhancements.
Your daily tasks will be to;
You get energy from- and self ignite when coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You have at least 1 year of experience with technical integration, customer success/support and/or technical project management/coordinating from a B2B Saas company or similar, moreover you’ve;
